The second system is dedicated to the preservation of already matured and structured wines. With a protected technology, we offer tailored solutions, both industrial and design-oriented, to create protected environments in which the bottles can be stored in the optimal way.
The goal is to prevent the wine from entering the acetification phase, preserving its integrity over the long term.
